Important: Live Chat vs Offline Message support:
Live chat support is currently only offered for:
-Loan application processing Monday - Saturday: 9 AM-5:30 PM EST
-Mogocard assistance Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5:30 PM EST. Note: There may be times in the day where you will be asked to leave us an offline message. We will do our best to get back to you ASAP.
For everything else like Credit Score, Protect, Card, Bitcoin & Rewards or to make payments towards your existing loan, please submit an offline message through our Chatbot. While it's an automated chatbot that we use, rest assured that a human will review your question/request as soon as possible. Due to current circumstances including working remotely, we do not offer inbound phone support at this time. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and we are doing our best to address all the offline questions we receive.
