The MogoCard program is CLOSED as of end of day June 5, 2023. E-Transfers are no longer accepted. Please cancel your e-Transfer to reclaim your funds. Your funds have left your bank account but Mogo is not in receipt of your funds. You must cancel your e-Transfer to have funds returned to your bank account. Your e-Transfer will automatically expire after 30 days if you do not take any action and funds should be returned to your bank account. Please check your email as some banks require you to click on a link in an email to deposit funds back to your account.
Any remaining funds on your MogoCard that were sent to Mogo and loaded to your card before midnight June 5, 2023 will be reimbursed to you via e-Transfer to the email address associated with your MogoAccount beginning in the next 2 weeks but no later than 45 days from June 6, 2023.
- Effective June 6th – Loads will no longer be accepted on your card. Any MogoCard loads received on or after June 6th will be returned to you.
- Effective June 6th – MogoCards will no longer be active. That means that no ATM or POS transactions will be approved and any residual balances will be returned via Interac e-Transfer to the email address registered to your MogoAccount, within 45 days of June 6th. Please login to your MogoAcount settings and verify your current email address to ensure it’s up to date.
