Mogo has to comply with regulations, rules and directives issued by both the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (“OSFI”) and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”). Essentially, these governmental bodies issue sanctions against countries and people and restrict financial transactions in many countries. Unfortunately, this means that legally the MogoCard can't be used in certain countries because it would violate OSFI and/or OFAC regulations, rules or directives.
You can use your MogoCard in all countries except the following:
