Each time you add money to your card, you’ll be prompted to set a spending goal. It’s optional—if you want to set a goal, you’ll be asked to set a date and then presented with a suggested daily budget to try and help you pick a reasonable goal.
Your spending goal is for your own tracking purposes and meant to help you control overspending.
