Sooo... You want to replace your MogoCard! Before replacing your MogoCard, there are a few important things to consider, so please read carefully.
Lost or Stolen Cards
Freeze your card immediately to prevent any fraudulent charges from being approved. After you've blocked your card, go ahead and start a chat so a Product Specialist can help you order a replacement card.
Just looking to replace your card (expiring/damaged)?
Sign in to your MogoAccount and use our chat to walk you through the important details steps for replacement.
We’ll make a few changes on our end, which will allow you to order a new card from within your MogoAccount. Then all you’ll need to do is tap on the red REPLACE IT NOW button in your Spend dashboard.
Your balance will be available on your replacement card as soon as you get it and activate it.
