For Interac e-Transfer, once we’ve received the transfer you sent us, you can expect the money to be added to your MogoCard in as little as 30 minutes.1
If you have one of our original MogoCards, with a QR code printed on the back, you can still add money via Canada Post. Once you've completed your transaction, you’ll have access to your money instantly!
1. Mogo will use commercially reasonable efforts to process and load your MogoCard in as little as 30 minutes of Mogo receiving funds from you or your financial institution by Visa Direct or Interac e-Transfer. In the event of heavy volume of transactions, it could take up to 1 day to process and load your MogoCard. We reserve the right to reject your Visa Direct or Interac e-Transfer for any reason including if the name on your bank account does not match the name in your MogoAccount or if you have not otherwise followed the Visa Direct or Interac e-Transfer instructions and/or Terms and Conditions set out in the MogoCard dashboard, including abiding by applicable limits. Funds may be delayed or services unavailable based on certain factors and Mogo will not be responsible for any losses arising from a delay or failure to load your MogoCard. While Mogo does not charge any fees for loading your MogoCard with Visa Direct or Interac e-Transfer, your financial institution may charge you a fee that you will be solely responsible for.
