If your PIN's been blocked (this happens if you enter it wrong three times or more when making a purchase or ATM withdrawal), then first sign in to your MogoAccount to retrieve your PIN. Once you've retrieved it, go to an ATM that displays the Visa® logo. Insert your card, enter the correct PIN and withdraw cash. This will unblock your PIN.
Life-hack: If you don’t feel like withdrawing any cash (because you’re going to be charged an ATM fee by Mogo + a fee from the bank that owns the ATM), then go ahead and select an amount larger than your available card balance for the withdrawal amount. The transaction will be declined but this will still unblock your PIN.
