How do I dispute a MogoCard transaction?

The MogoCard program is now closed. Please reach out to us through our automated Support Bot. Select MogoCard and follow the prompts. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button before you leave the page so we can get back to you. If you do not click SUBMIT, we will not receive your message.

We will review the transactions in question with you. To dispute charges, we may need to ask you questions and to describe the transactions in detail and explain why you believe they are not valid or are  fraudulent. We may request that you provide copies of any relevant correspondence, such as a transaction receipt.
