A transaction that you don't recognize could mean that your MogoCard's been compromised. To prevent any more fraudulent transactions, freeze your card immediately.
To freeze your MogoCard, log in to your MogoAccount and select the "Lost or Stolen Card" option from within the Spending tab. You'll see a button—toggle it to freeze your card.
Once you've frozen your card, call us ASAP at 1-800-980-6646, so we can cancel it as well as review the fraudulent transactions with you. To dispute the charge, we'll need you to describe the transaction in detail and explain why you believe it's incorrect. We may request that you provide copies of any relevant correspondence, like a transaction receipt.
You can then order a new card online by signing into your MogoApp and following the replacement card process.
