A transaction that you don't recognize could mean that your MogoCard has been compromised. To prevent any more fraudulent transactions, freeze your card immediately.
How to freeze your MogoCard:
- Log in to your MogoAccount and click on your MogoCard dashboard
- Click on "Settings" at the top right
- Select "Lost or Stolen Card"
- Toggle the "Freeze card" button to the on position (green)
Once you have frozen your card, reach to reach a live agent during business hours

Select Other
Select Contact Support.

We will review the transactions in question with you. To dispute charges, we may need to ask you questions and to describe the transactions in detail and explain why you believe they are not valid or are fraudulent. We may request that you provide copies of any relevant correspondence, such as a transaction receipt. We can also assist you with ordering a new card if necessary.
