Some online and telephone merchants process their transactions at the end of the day in batches, which means they'll accept several orders over a period of time, then process all the cards together at a later date. Your balance will be updated once the merchant processes their batch transaction.
It's also possible that a merchant will only charge your MogoCard once an item is ready to be shipped, as opposed to right when it's ordered. Check back in 24 hours and if your transaction still hasn't shown up, chat with us through your MogoAccount for help.
