How do I freeze / unfreeze my MogoCard?

If you've misplaced your card, you can freeze it temporarily while you look for it.

Mogo app:

Web:
  1. Tap on the menu in the top left corner
  2. Tap Card
  3. Tap Lost or stolen card
  4. Use the toggle button to freeze/unfreeze your card

  3. Tap Lost or stolen card
  4. Use toggle buttons to freeze/unfreeze your card

You’ll receive an email from us confirming you’ve successfully frozen/unfrozen your card.

Keep in mind, freezing your card is not the same as cancelling it. An inactivity fee will kick in if your MogoCard isn’t used in 365 consecutive days, even if it’s frozen. Chat with us online if you need to have your card cancelled or replaced.
