If you've misplaced your card, you can freeze it temporarily while you look for it.
To freeze / unfreeze your MogoCard:
- Log into your MogoAccount
- Select Spending dashboard
- Select Settings (top right)
- Select "Lost or Stolen Card"
- Toggle button to freeze or unfreeze your card
You'll receive an email from us confirming you've successfully frozen/unfrozen your card.
Keep in mind, freezing your card is not the same as cancelling it. An inactivity fee will kick in if your MogoCard isn't used in 365 consecutive days, even if it's frozen. Chat with us online if you need to have your card cancelled or replaced.
