If you can’t find an answer here or require special assistance with your MogoTrade account, you can contact us directly via the live chat available directly in the MogoTrade app. You can access the live chat by going under the Account tab and tapping on Help & Support.
Our chat hours of operation are from Monday through Friday, 9 am to 9 pm (EST). If you message us outside of those hours, you can expect to receive an answer within 1 business day via email (don’t worry, we’re usually much faster than that).
